Online shopping is by no means a matter of course for everyone. And to be honest: isn't there a slight feeling of unease that accompanies you when doing so? "Will everything turn out right?"; "Will my money be in good hands?"; "What if I don't like the product and want to give it back - is that going to cause much trouble?"

Below we've answered some of the questions you may have. If the question bothering you is not answered please do not hesitate to contact us!

How can I pay?

You can pay via the major creditcards - visa, mastercard. Payment is carried out via a secure encryption process.

In addition payment in advance or payment when picking up the product personally is possible.

What return options do I have?

German law will be applicable: If you make your 14-day-right of cancellation you must send back the product within 14 days (when doing so it is crucial to let us know beforehand). There is no need of giving any reasons. If the product is free from any signs of usage you promptly get the money back.

Regarding the material / colour e.g. I am not sure. Is it possible to get material / fabric samples?

Yes, we'd love to send you a small material / fabric sample of your favourite item if it is currently available. Free of charges.

Are there any care instructions regarding the applied vegan leather (fake leather)?

Yes, for durable joy with this material please clean regularly. Pollution by oil, fat and ink must be removed immediately. Clean with warm, mild soap lye and a micro-fibre cloth or a soft hand brush. Please, do not use solvents, chloride, abrasives, chemical cleaning agents or wax polishes. Please note that colorings by jeans or other textiles are excluded from any manufacturer's (and wagnerstrasses') guarantee.

Is there a guarantee on my wagnerstrasse product?

We only use high quality materials and offer high-quality craftmanship. Nevertheless, it can occur that in individual cases things go wrong. For these cases we offer a guarantee period up to 1 year for all bags. An extended guarantee period may take place in special cases. To review the circumstances the product has to be sent back to us (on our costs). Pls note that it is crucial to let us know beforehand. (excluded from guarantee see the above capital)

I would like to have a custom made product, such as a bag / purse / pillow. Possible?

Basically we'd love to do so. Please contact us and describe your idea.

Is it possible to see the product "live" and buy it face-to-face?

We live in Ravensburg, Baden-Württemberg. That's where our atelier is situated as well. If you are close by and you would like to see your favourite item "live" you are welcome to visit us. If you want to do so please let us know a couple of days beforehand to make sure the product is available.

I am very tall and may need longer handles etc. Possible?

Basically we are open for customer requests and are pleased to offer a service that is off-the-peg not easily possible. Longer handles, shorter handles, an additional inner zipper pocket, another pillow size... we'd love to fulfill such wishes and only if extensive effort occurs an additional small surcharge takes place.
